Yearly or monthly?
Yearly is the better deal on every paid plan: up to 46% less than paying monthly for a year. Monthly is there if you want a shorter commitment. Both renew automatically until canceled.
What happens after the trial?
You are charged for the plan and billing period you picked. Professional+ has a 3-day trial; the other paid plans have 7 days.
How does AI analysis work?
Professional+ sends the listing title, asking price, source, location, seller, search terms, and the public image URL to the configured AI provider. The model returns an identification, a resale range, confidence, and risks. Nothing is sent for other plans.
Is AI value an appraisal?
No. It is a capped, labelled opinion based on one image and limited text. It can be wrong, and it is not a substitute for comps, authentication, or inspection. Never treat it as a guarantee of profit.
How is AI cost controlled?
Trial: 15 analyses. Paid: 250/month and 15/day per account. The background job also caps runs per alert and per pass, with a global monthly ceiling. When a cap is reached, analysis stops instead of spending more.
Can I change or cancel later?
Yes. Manage or cancel from your account when Stripe is connected. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
